MMI Recruitment Ltd was founded in September 2020 by Director and Owner Martin Dewdney, following over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry. With a strong understanding of the construction sector and a passion for delivering honest, reliable recruitment solutions, Martin established MMI Recruitment with a clear goal: to connect the right people with the right opportunities.

As the company continued to grow, David Southon—a former colleague with extensive industry experience—joined the business in Summer 2023. David now serves as Associate Director, strengthening the leadership team and further enhancing the company’s expertise and reach.
